Isaiah’s journey led him to Arkansas State University, where he balanced the demands of being a Division I football player, a dedicated father, and a Logistics major. His talent and drive saw him competing in national logistics competitions, a foreshadowing of the strategic mind he would bring to the business world.
Upon graduation, he stepped into Corporate America, where over the course of a decade he rose through the ranks in Operations and Transportation. His career is marked by over $200 million in cost-saving projects, pioneering Multicultural Engagement Initiatives across entire divisions, and leading a workforce of 1,200 employees across 62 locations. But above all, his proudest achievement was developing dozens of leaders—helping others discover their passions and transform them into meaningful careers.
Fueled by his passion for leadership, problem-solving, and building success in others, Isaiah launched his own logistics company. What began as a vision quickly scaled into a national 7-figure brand, culminating in a successful exit. During this transition, he continued to lean into growth—serving on various business and nonprofit boards, and diving deep into the world of emerging technology.
Through international travel and studying the global economy, Isaiah founded Mecca Capital—a tech-driven consulting firm designed to be the operating force behind purpose-driven businesses.
